Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks: Tiki Boutique accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Return Policy

In order to provide our customers with the best quality clothing the following return policy has been issued.

Exchanges & Store Credits are allowed.

Unwashed, unworn merchandise, with tags attached, and a receipt can be returned for an Exchange or store credit within 14 days after merchandise is received by the customer.

A return form, label W/ RA#, and receipt will be included in your parcel. Please complete the form provided and return your item(s) with the original packing And tags attached, including the purchase receipt.

The return package must be label with the label provided. All other packages are subject to be refused. There are no shipping reimbursements for original order, however NO shipping charge will apply to exchanges.

Please allow 10-14 business days processing time for all exchanges and store credits.

After your exchange is process you will receive an email with the store credit information.

All sales are final on the following items: sale items, handbags, belts, accessories and any item(s) with signs of wear or missing original tags.

When returning your item(s) please add signature or delivery confirmation to your shipment. in order to track your package.

Any items with sign of wear, odor or a pass due return date will not accepted for Exchange or Store Credit.

Out-of-Stock Products: We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders: For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Colors: We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, due to PC monitor settings we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
